Aloha! WE QUOTE ACCORDING TO OUR CLIENTS' REQUESTS. Quotes are given according to length of time, travel distance, amount of guests, type of event, type of services, and amount of equipment so we can give the best sound and service to your special event. Please know it is not a guarantee but we do our best to work with your budget. For special situations, we do offer Payment Plans. Discounts for some payment methods. 


If you're on a tight budget and looking to have quality sound, we can offer our professional sound system while you provide your ipod/mp3 player, laptop or fill in our music preference sheet to generate the music and one of our staff will be there to guide your music like a jukebox but with premium quality sound.


Some of you might think it's expensive so you wonder if you should choose a Budget DJ instead of a Higher Priced DJ. Most budget DJs have less years of experience, not as available to discuss your questions, or shows up late to the events. Higher priced DJs are more likely to provide you better service because they have more experience, shows up on time, offers availability to meet with clients and goes above and beyond. Also, the price pressures the DJ to give you the service you paid for. We're not saying all budget DJs have bad traits but to be safe, and if music is very important to you it's good to spend a little more to get the service you're expecting. 


At SR Entertainment, we go above and beyond to give you the best you deserve for your special event.

 

ALL PACKAGES include 24 hour consultation via phone/text, email or in-person appointments, set up/breakdown, song preference sheet. Prices are listed for 2 - 5 hours of service and additional hours are $50 per half hour. Prices updated as of 1/2/2020. Event Insurance will be provided free of charge if required.

    • Monogram custom to your preference on a projector with a moving background or still image
    • Slideshow - we provide the projector and screen to present the slideshow you created for your guests. Slideshow can be provided to us with a flash drive or downloadable link. 

* Professional Sound/Music for Ceremony ONLY (no reception) $300. One Microphone & stand can be provided at no extra charge.

Ala Carte / Add-Ons / Build Your Package


  • Professional Sound System for Band or Choir (includes speakers, stands, microphones) - PRICE VARIES starts at $600
  • Additional location setup/break down $200 (normally for weddings if ceremony and reception is in 2 different locations or need additional setup for sound)
  • Uplighting (enhances the look and feel of your event) $300
  • Karaoke $300 for 2 hours ($150/hour thereafter) includes:
    • Pro Audio Sound System
    • 2 microphones
    • English versions of music from oldies to new music
    • Projector & screen or connection to your TV
    • Song Request Sheet (for your guests to fill in. Open Karaoke without song book. We can play mostly what is available on YouTube)
  • Extra Speakers $50/speaker (normally used for over 400 guests or monitors for bands)
  • Extra Microphone $25/mic
  • Additional LED/Dance Lighting $50
  • Announcement Emcee only $500
  • Professional/Hype Emcee only $500 - $1000 (price varies on the talent we work with)
    • Hypes the crowd and announces the event program. 
    • Hypes the crowd, announces the event program and acts like a wedding planner to make sure everything is going on time.
  • Video DJ $150 (includes projector & screen or connection to your tv, projector/screen or white wall).
  • Slide Show $200 (includes projector & screen, or white wall, & connection to our sound system)
  • Projector-gram $300 (monogram custom to your preference on a projector with a moving background like fireworks or still image)
